This notice identifies the provider responsible for Dayvil (the Dayvil mobile app, the website at dayvil.com, and related services).

Dayvil is operated by a private individual, not a registered company. There is no commercial register entry, company register number, or VAT identification number.

3. Nature and purpose of the website (Blattlinie)

4. Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

We prepare the content of this website with care, but we cannot guarantee that it is always accurate, complete, or up to date. Where this website links to external websites operated by third parties, we have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it; responsibility lies with the respective operator.
